Amy made her way into LBF in September 2022 to have a look at some of our equipment and to talk through her plans for her new gym studio – to be set up in her garage in Diamond Creek. Amy’s vision was to provide personal training services to clients in her local community. The brief was to design a functional and aesthetic space for Amy to train herself as well as her clients for many years to come.
In order to maximize floorspace Amy choose a compact wall mounted rig, complete with adjustable bench, barbell, bumper plates and a handy dip attachment. This configuration is only 68cm away from the wall and fitted perfectly within the existing structural posts in her garage. Wall mounted plate storage again opens up valuable floorspace and provides users easy access to the plates. Rounding out the fitout is the ever popular Inspire FT1, a selection of Rubber Hex Dumbbells, a Plyometric Box, Battle Rope, Exercise Mats and a Suspension Trainer.
