Classic cast iron kettlebells are the traditional kettlebell design. Each bell is cast from iron in a single piece, and the body and handle get larger as the weight increases.
Our range covers kettlebell weights from light through to heavy, with smaller jumps between the lighter bells and larger jumps at the heavier end. Each bell is single piece gravity cast with a matte black powder coat finish, a flat base for stable storage and a colour banded handle with the weight embossed in large numbers, so you can identify each bell at a glance. They sit alongside the competition steel bells in our full kettlebells range.
Since 2009, Little Bloke Fitness has supplied Australian home gym owners, PT studios and commercial facilities with cast iron kettlebells built for long-term use. Our range is available to view in our Melbourne showroom and ships Australia wide.

Classic cast iron kettlebells are a simple, durable option for almost any style of kettlebell training. Their solid one-piece construction has no welded handle or separate components, while the powder coated finish provides a secure grip for swings, cleans, presses, carries and high-repetition work.
Unlike competition kettlebells, classic kettlebells increase in size as the weight increases, giving each weight its own size and feel. They're a popular choice for home gyms, PT studios and commercial training spaces where you want a straightforward, hard-wearing kettlebell without the standardised dimensions of a competition bell.
Our range includes light, mid-range and heavy cast iron kettlebells, available individually or in multi-weight packages. This allows you to start with the weights you need and add more over time as your training develops.

Classic cast iron kettlebells get larger as the weight increases, while competition steel kettlebells use the same external dimensions across the weight range. This gives competition bells a consistent handle and rack position between weights, keeping your grip and technique the same as you progress. Both styles can be used for swings, cleans, presses, squats, carries and general kettlebell training.
A solid cast iron bell needs more material to weigh more, so heavier bells have a larger body and handle. This is normal for classic kettlebells and means each weight has a slightly different size and feel in the hand.
Each handle carries a colour band that matches international kettlebell weight standards, and the weight is embossed in large numbers on the bell. This makes it quick to pick up the right weight mid-session, particularly in gyms and classes with several bells in use.
The flat base sits steadily on most surfaces. Rubber gym flooring protects your floor from drops and makes it easier to set bells down between sets, and a kettlebell rack keeps them off the floor when you're not training.
