Shipping and Delivery Information
We deliver gym equipment Australia-wide, from small items through to large commercial setups. Most orders are dispatched as quickly as possible — often the same day — but delivery times will vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Deliveries are made on business days, during standard business hours.
How Delivery Works
We use a range of freight providers depending on the size of your order and your location, including:
- Hunter Express
- StarTrack
- Border Express
- TNT
- Couriers Please
- Northline
- Allied Express
- Australia Post
- Various local couriers
From time to time, we may change couriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.
The majority of Melbourne deliveries are completed by our own drivers, not third-party couriers. This gives us more flexibility with delivery times.
If you have special requests, please add a note to your order, or give us a call to discuss.
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed to the courier, delays can occur due to location, freight networks, accidents, or local disruptions. We’re unable to offer compensation for delays outside of our control.
Delivery Conditions
All deliveries are authorised to be left at the delivery address unless you tell us otherwise.
If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them when placing your order.
Delivery is to a safe, accessible location only. Drivers will not take items inside, upstairs, or via lifts.
For bulky or heavy items, you will need to provide assistance at the delivery address to unload safely. If you’re unsure whether this applies to your order, contact us before placing it.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Check the goods before signing
- Note the damage with the driver
- Take photos where possible
This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the freight company.
Free Melbourne Delivery
We offer free delivery within Melbourne Metro on orders over $2,000.
Delivery is to a safe, accessible location. For bulky items, you may need to assist with unloading but we'll always check with you first.
If you require equipment to be moved inside, positioned, or installed, this can be arranged as a separate service. Please contact us before ordering to discuss.
PO Boxes & Special Deliveries
We do not ship bulky goods to PO Boxes.
If you need an alternative delivery arrangement, please get in touch and we’ll work it out.
