FITSPACE is a small group training facility located in Coburg North, Victoria. Founders Gian & Stephanie wanted to create a space with purpose – connecting not only the physical wellbeing of their clients but also their mental development. FITSPACE offer a range of classes including strength training, functional training, endurance classes, boxing, recovery, personal training, nutrition and more.
LBF first worked with Gian & Stephanie in 2021 when settling up the original site in Pascoe Vale. A few years later and FITSPACE relocated to Coburg North into a much bigger and more open space - allowing them to cater to a wider audience and allow for larger groups.
All of the existing equipment was moved across to the new site and repurposed. Specifically, the 1RM rig system was reconfigured to allow for plate storage through the middle as well as increasing the number of lifting cells from 6 to 8. The existing 1RM modular storage racks were also reconfigured and taller uprights cutdown to accommodate the new space.
Other key pieces FITSPACE selected for their new facility include additional flat and adjustable benches, plyo boxes, 360 Strength barbells & bumper plates, wall balls, slam balls, as well as more dumbbells and storage.
