Little Bloke Fitness is proud to showcase our collaboration with Rebuild Health & Performance - an established physiotherapy and performance coaching business that has expanded from a smaller gym space into a much larger purpose-built facility.
Led by physiotherapists with a strong focus on working with young athletes, Rebuild had already built a strong training environment within their previous space. The move into a larger facility created an opportunity to expand their equipment offering and create dedicated areas for rehabilitation, strength, functional training and conditioning.
Working closely with Louis and George, LBF helped bring the new space together through equipment selection, layout planning, custom turf design and installation. Existing equipment was incorporated into the new facility alongside a significant amount of new equipment selected to complement Rebuild's evolving needs.
What we delivered:
- Design and installation of a custom turf track for sled work, carries, conditioning and functional training.
- A comprehensive range of 1RM pin-loaded machines for controlled and targeted rehabilitation and strength work.
- Plate-loaded strength equipment, including hip thrust and calf raise machines.
- 4 x standalone 1RM Ebony cable stations for strength, rehabilitation and functional training.
- A dedicated cardio and conditioning area featuring spin bikes, ski trainers, curved runners and rowers.
- Full delivery and installation of the equipment and custom turf.
The result is a versatile training facility designed around the needs of Rebuild's clients - from athletes returning from injury through to those looking to develop strength, conditioning and performance.
It was great to work alongside Louis and George throughout the process, from the initial planning and equipment selection through to turf installation, delivery and the final setup. The new facility gives Rebuild significantly more room to support their clients and continue growing their business.
