The Promenade stands proudly on a beautiful tree lined street in the heart of Box Hill, Victoria, developed by the prestigious Hickory Group.
Located on level 3, the Promenade gymnasium is a boutique space - equipped with a range of strength and cardio equipment. The main feature of the space is the Impulse Smith Machine, complete with bench and a range of Olympic weight plates. This piece, along with a full range of hex dumbbells provides residents with a great base for strength training. Another key piece in the gym is the Inspire F1 - a functional trainer that provides limitless strength training options in an easy to use, compact unit.
At the other end of the gym are a number of cardio pieces from the Encore range, designed to get the heart pumping. This includes a treadmill, elliptical, upright bikes as well as a recumbent bike. Something for everyone !
