Kettlebells

50 products

A kettlebell is a ball-shaped weight with a large handle on top, used for swings, squats, presses, carries and conditioning work. Because the weight sits below the handle, kettlebells can be used for both traditional strength exercises and dynamic movements such as swings, cleans and snatches, while taking up very little floor space.

Our kettlebells for sale come in two styles. Classic cast iron kettlebells get larger as the weight increases, while competition steel kettlebells stay the same size at every weight so your grip and technique don't change as you progress. Both styles are available as single bells, pairs and multi-weight sets, from light starter weights through to heavy sizes.

Since 2009, Little Bloke Fitness has supplied Australian home gym owners, PT studios and commercial facilities with kettlebells built for long-term use. Our full kettlebell range is available to view in our Melbourne showroom and ships Australia wide.

    Why choose kettlebells?

Kettlebells allow you to train strength, power and conditioning with a single piece of equipment. Because the handle sits above the weight, movements like swings, cleans and snatches work your hips, grip and core at the same time, and the same bell can be used for presses, squats, rows and carries.

A handful of kettlebells can cover a full-body session in far less space than a dumbbell rack or barbell setup. Our range includes everything from single cast iron and competition steel bells through to pairs, multi-weight sets and storage racks, allowing you to build a kettlebell setup that suits your space, training style and budget.

    Kettlebell FAQs

Classic cast iron kettlebells get larger as the weight increases, while competition steel kettlebells use a consistent bell size across the weight range. This gives competition kettlebells a more consistent feel and rack position as you move between weights. Our team can talk you through both styles.

The right starting weight depends on the movements you plan to do and your training experience. Many people use a lighter bell for pressing and a heavier bell for swings and squats. Our Kettlebell Buying Guide covers weight selection in more detail, or you can contact us for personalised advice.

Single kettlebells allow you to add weights one at a time as your training develops. A set gives you several weights, or a matched pair for double kettlebell training, in a single order. Our team can help you work out which approach suits your setup.

Yes. Kettlebells are one of the most space-efficient pieces of training equipment available. A few bells cover a wide range of movements, and a kettlebell rack keeps them organised and off the floor when you're not training.

Yes. Kettlebells are widely used in commercial gyms, PT studios and functional training areas because they support a large range of strength and conditioning exercises without taking up much floor space. For larger facilities, we can supply complete kettlebell sets with storage to suit the available space and expected use.
