The 360 Strength Olympic 20kg 7ft Barbell is a full-size Olympic barbell designed for general strength training across a wide range of compound and accessory movements. Measuring 2200mm in length with a 28mm carbon steel shaft and 50mm Olympic sleeves, it is suitable for use with all LBF power racks, squat racks and benches.

This model uses four needle bearings and two brass bushes to provide smooth, consistent sleeve rotation. The combination of bearings and bushes allows the weight plates to rotate independently of the shaft while providing additional support within the sleeve assembly, making the bar well suited to a wide range of strength training exercises.

Features

Manufactured from carbon steel, the shaft is designed to withstand repeated loading while maintaining consistent performance across regular strength training. The 28mm shaft provides a comfortable grip for a broad range of exercises, while the nickel-plated finish helps protect the steel from corrosion and everyday wear.

Rated to 320kg (700lb), the bar is designed to comfortably handle the demands of general strength training across squats, presses, deadlifts, rows and other barbell movements.

Each sleeve rotates on two needle bearings and one brass bush. The needle bearings reduce friction for smoother sleeve rotation, while the brass bush provides additional support and stability within the sleeve assembly. This allows the weight plates to rotate independently of the shaft and helps reduce unnecessary rotational force through the hands and wrists as the bar moves through each lift.

The shaft uses fine, grippy knurling with both IPF and IWF knurl marks, allowing lifters to reference recognised powerlifting and weightlifting hand positions when setting their grip. The bar is manufactured without a centre knurl, giving it a smooth centre section suited to general strength training.

Each sleeve is secured using a double circlip construction with an end cap. This provides a reliable mechanical sleeve assembly without relying on an end bolt that can gradually loosen during use.

The supplied spring collars allow the bar to be used immediately, while customers wanting faster weight changes can upgrade to compatible nylon locking collars above.
