Olympic 6ft Barbell RACKABLE (Nickel - Bearings)

The 360 Strength Olympic 6ft Rackable Barbell is designed for lifters who want the space-saving benefits of a compact Olympic bar without sacrificing rack compatibility. Featuring a 28mm carbon steel shaft, rotating 50mm Olympic sleeves and a 320kg (700lb) load rating, it is suitable for light commercial gyms, PT studios and home gyms.

Compared to a 6ft Olympic barbell, the rackable design provides sufficient internal shaft length for use with squat racks and power racks while maintaining a shorter overall length than a full 7ft Olympic bar. Offering an excellent balance between compact dimensions and versatility across a wide range of strength training exercises.

Features

Manufactured from carbon steel, the shaft is designed to provide the strength, durability and resilience required for years of regular strength training. The 28mm shaft diameter provides a comfortable, secure grip across compound and accessory exercises, while the nickel plated finish helps protect the steel from corrosion and everyday wear.

Rated to 320kg (700lb), the bar comfortably exceeds the requirements of most home gyms, PT studios and general strength training, providing confidence for progressive overload across all major lifts.

Each sleeve rotates on four precision needle bearings. Needle bearings provide faster, smoother sleeve rotation than traditional bushings, allowing the weight plates to rotate freely during dynamic movements and helping reduce unnecessary torque through the wrists.

The sleeves are secured using a double circlip construction. Unlike bolt-retained sleeve assemblies that can gradually loosen over time, a double circlip design provides a durable, low-maintenance retention system built for long-term reliability.

The supplied spring collars allow the bar to be used immediately, while customers wanting faster weight changes can upgrade to compatible nylon locking collars above.

The Olympic 6ft Rackable Barbell is designed for general strength training where a shorter Olympic bar is preferred without giving up the ability to train from a squat rack or power rack.
