The 360 Strength PRO Fat Super EZ Curl Bar is designed for lifters wanting the unique grip angles of a super EZ curl bar together with the additional grip challenge of a 50mm fat grip shaft. Suitable for commercial facilities, home gyms and personal training studios, it accepts all 50mm Olympic weight plates and is ideal for developing the biceps, triceps and forearms while simultaneously improving grip strength.

The oversized 50mm shaft increases grip demand throughout every repetition, while the more pronounced grip angles provide an alternative hand and wrist position compared with a traditional EZ curl bar. This makes it an excellent option for adding variety to arm training while challenging grip strength at the same time

Features

The PRO Fat Super EZ Curl Bar uses a welded tube steel shaft finished in a durable black textured powder coat. The finish provides resistance to chips and scratches while giving the shaft a secure feel in the hands without requiring knurling. The textured 50mm shaft also creates a consistent grip surface, allowing the increased diameter itself to become the primary grip challenge.

Silver hard chrome Olympic sleeves provide excellent resistance to wear and corrosion while allowing Olympic weight plates to slide on and off easily. The sleeves are compatible with all 50mm Olympic weight plates, making the bar easy to integrate into an existing Olympic training setup.

The super EZ curl bar design uses more pronounced grip angles than a traditional EZ curl bar, giving lifters another option for curls, triceps extensions and other upper body accessory exercises while varying wrist and hand position during training.

The 50mm shaft increases grip demand compared with a traditional Olympic curl bar. Because the hands cannot fully wrap around the bar, the fingers and forearms work harder to maintain control throughout each repetition.

Rated to 320kg, the bar is designed to comfortably handle heavy curl work, triceps extensions and other grip-focused accessory exercises.
