Features

The PRO Fat EZ Curl Bar uses a welded tube steel shaft, finished in a durable black textured powder coat, providing resistance to chips and scratches while giving the shaft a secure feel in the hands without requiring knurling. The smooth 50mm shaft also creates a consistent grip surface, allowing the increased diameter itself to become the primary grip challenge.

Silver hard chrome Olympic sleeves provide excellent resistance to wear and corrosion while allowing Olympic weight plates to slide on and off easily. The sleeves are compatible with all 50mm Olympic plates, making the bar easy to integrate into existing training setups.

The angled EZ curl design places the wrists into a more natural position than a straight bar during many curling and extension movements. This can feel more comfortable for many lifters while still effectively targeting the biceps and triceps.

The oversized 50mm shaft substantially increases grip demand compared with traditional Olympic curl bars, as lifters cannot wrap their hands completely around the handle, the hands and forearms must work harder to maintain control of the bar throughout each lift.
