The 360 Strength 355mm Loadable Dumbbells are supplied as a pair and provide an adjustable dumbbell option for strength training with compatible standard weight plates. Featuring solid steel construction, a 28mm shaft, 110mm loadable sleeves and screwlock collars, they allow different dumbbell weights to be created without requiring a complete fixed dumbbell set.
At 355mm long, each handle provides a compact setup that is easy to use and store in home gyms and other training spaces. The load can be adjusted by adding or removing compatible 360 Strength Standard Weight Plates to suit different exercises and training requirements.
Features
Each dumbbell handle is manufactured from solid steel, providing a simple and durable construction for regular strength training. The nickel plated finish helps protect the steel surface from corrosion and everyday wear.
The 140mm handle area uses light coarse knurling to provide additional grip during pressing, rowing, curling and other dumbbell exercises without being excessively aggressive on the hands.
Each side provides 110mm of loadable sleeve length for compatible 360 Strength Standard Weight Plates, allowing the dumbbell weight to be adjusted to suit different exercises.
The threaded sleeves work with the supplied screwlock collars and rubber locking washers to hold the weight plates securely in position during training. The supplied screwlock collars allow the dumbbells to be used immediately, while customers wanting faster weight changes can upgrade to compatible standard locking collars.
