Featuring solid steel construction, a 28mm shaft, 130mm loadable sleeves and screwlock collars, they provide a simple way to create different dumbbell weights without requiring a complete fixed dumbbell set.
At 420mm long, each handle provides plenty of loading space for compatible 360 Strength Standard Weight Plates. Weight can be added or removed to suit different exercises and training requirements, making the handles a versatile option for home gyms and other standard weight training setups.
Features
Each dumbbell handle is manufactured from solid steel, providing a simple and durable construction for regular strength training. The nickel plated finish helps protect the steel surface from corrosion and everyday wear.
The 140mm handle area uses light coarse knurling to provide additional grip during pressing, rowing, curling and other dumbbell exercises without being excessively aggressive on the hands.
Each side provides 130mm of loadable sleeve length for compatible 360 Strength Standard Weight Plates, providing plenty of space for adjusting the dumbbell load to suit different exercises.
The threaded sleeves work with the supplied screwlock collars and rubber locking washers to hold the weight plates securely in position during training. The supplied screwlock collars allow the dumbbells to be used immediately, while customers wanting faster weight changes can upgrade to compatible standard locking collars.
