360 Strength FID Bench and Attachments

The 360 Strength FID Bench and Attachments package combines the 360 Strength Flat Incline Decline Adjustable Bench with the compatible Preacher Curl Attachment, Leg Extension/Curl Attachment and Bench Attachment Storage Rack. It is designed for home gyms, personal training studios and low volume light commercial facilities looking to perform a broad range of strength exercises from one adjustable bench setup.

Adding the two attachments expands the bench beyond conventional barbell and dumbbell training, allowing dedicated arm and leg exercises to be performed without requiring separate preacher curl and leg extension/curl stations. The included storage rack also provides a dedicated place to keep both attachments when they are not in use.

Features

The adjustable bench provides seven backrest positions ranging from decline through flat to a fully upright 90-degree setting. The seat can also be adjusted independently, allowing the bench to support a wide range of pressing and seated exercises.

The seat and backrest operate on independent pivot points with bushings, while the bench pads are fabricated from plywood and high-density foam to provide a firm, supportive training surface. Rear transport wheels allow the 27kg bench to be repositioned when changing exercises or equipment layouts.

The included Preacher Curl Attachment adds a dedicated arm pad and bar catch for supported bicep training. Both the arm pad and attachment height can be adjusted to suit different users and training positions.

The Leg Extension/Curl Attachment uses oversized adjustable roller pads and can be configured for leg extensions and leg curls. Multiple height settings help accommodate different users, while the attachment can be loaded with compatible standard or Olympic weight plates.

An attachment storage rack is also included with the package. Designed for attachments using a 45mm post, it keeps the preacher curl and leg attachment together and off the gym floor when they are not in use.

For training spaces where floor space is limited, the bench is also compatible with the optional Bench Vertical Storage Foot Attachment, allowing the bench to be stored upright when not in use.
