360 Strength Adjustable Dumbbell Giveaway October 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Little Bloke Pty Ltd trading as Little Bloke Fitness (the "Promoter"), Instagram account @littleblokefitness.

2. Promotion Period

The competition opens at 11:00am AEDT on 22 October 2026 and closes at 8:00pm AEDT on 29 October 2026 ("Promotion Period").

All entries must be received by the closing time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received, are delayed, lost or otherwise unable to be processed.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must comment on the official @littleblokefitness competition post during the Promotion Period and state which 360 Strength Adjustable Dumbbell Set they would prefer to win:

• 23.5kg; or

• 32.5kg; or

• 41.5kg.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Where an entrant submits multiple entries, only the first eligible entry received will be counted.

Following @littleblokefitness and liking the competition post are encouraged but are not conditions of entry.

5. Prize

One (1) 360 Strength Adjustable Dumbbell Set will be awarded to the winner.

The prize comprises two (2) adjustable dumbbell handles with a maximum weight of either 23.5kg, 32.5kg or 41.5kg per dumbbell, as selected by the winner in their eligible entry, subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on 30 October 2026 at Little Bloke Fitness, Reservoir, Victoria, using a random number generator.

Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The Promoter's decision is final, subject to applicable Australian law.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message using the Instagram account associated with the winning entry within two (2) business days of the draw.

The winner may be required to provide their full name, contact details, proof of age and Australian residency for the purposes of verifying eligibility and arranging delivery of the Prize.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the Promoter's initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select another eligible winner.

8. Prize Delivery

The Prize will be delivered within 28 days of the winner confirming their eligibility and providing the information reasonably required by the Promoter to fulfil the Prize.

The Promoter will cover standard delivery costs within Australia.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and fulfilling the Prize.

The Promoter will not use competition entry information for direct marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering this promotion, each entrant releases and holds harmless Instagram from any claim, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the promotion, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information or otherwise attempts to manipulate the competition.

If the competition cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical difficulties, fraud or unauthorised intervention, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the competition, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.

12. Winner Publication

The winner's Instagram username will be published on the @littleblokefitness Instagram account on or after 30 October 2026.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
