The 1RM Commercial Heavy Duty Adjustable Bench is designed for commercial gyms, personal training studios, sporting facilities and home gyms requiring a high-capacity adjustable bench for regular strength training. The independently adjustable backrest and seat support a wide range of flat, incline and seated exercises.
With a 450kg weight rating and ten backrest positions from flat through to an 85° incline, this model is well suited to users who prioritise a higher load rating and a broader range of incline settings. A built-in vertical storage foot also allows the bench to be stored upright when floor space is required for other training.
Features
The bench is built around a steel frame with a matte black powder-coated finish, providing a stable platform for regular commercial strength training. Non-slip rubber contact points help keep the bench secure during use while separating the steel frame from the training surface.
The backrest provides ten adjustment settings from flat through to an 85° incline, allowing the bench angle to be changed for different pressing and seated exercises. The seat adjusts independently through three settings to provide additional support as the backrest angle changes.
The bench pads are fabricated from plywood and high-density foam to provide a firm and supportive training surface. Separate seat and backrest adjustment systems allow each section to be positioned independently.
A transport handle and wide integrated wheels allow the 46kg bench to be repositioned around the gym when required. A built-in storage foot also allows the bench to stand vertically when not in use, reducing the amount of floor space required for storage.
