The 1RM Commercial Adjustable Bench is designed for commercial gyms, personal training studios, sporting facilities and home gyms requiring an adjustable bench for a wide range of strength training exercises. The backrest adjusts through flat, incline and decline positions, while the adjustable seat provides additional support across different training angles.
With seven backrest settings from -15° decline through to an 85° incline and three seat settings, the bench provides more training positions than a fixed flat bench while remaining suitable for use with dumbbells, power racks, squat racks and rigs.
Features
The bench is built around a steel frame with a matte black powder-coated finish, providing a stable platform for regular strength training. The bench pads are fabricated from plywood and high-density foam to provide a firm and supportive training surface.
The backrest uses a stainless steel gun rack adjustment system with seven positions ranging from -15° decline to an 85° incline. This allows the backrest angle to be changed quickly between exercises while providing clearly defined support positions under load.
The seat provides three adjustment settings, allowing its angle to be changed to suit different backrest positions. Stainless steel adjustment knobs are used throughout the bench, complementing the gun rack system and providing durable contact surfaces around frequently adjusted components.
At 46kg, the bench has enough mass to provide a stable training platform while still being designed to move when required. A stainless steel handle and wide integrated transport wheels allow the bench to be repositioned around the gym without carrying its full weight.
