    Can I change what’s included in a package?
    Yes. Our packages are suggestions and flexible. If you want to swap a bench, choose a different rack type, or adjust inclusions to suit your space, we can help.

    Which package is best for a small space?
    A compact squat rack and bench setup is often the easiest fit for smaller rooms. Check the footprint and height on each product page, and allow space around the rack for loading plates and moving a bench.

    Do I need a power rack, or will a squat rack be enough?
    Many lifters do very well with a squat rack and bench. If you regularly lift heavy without a spotter and want more built-in safety options or future attachment options, a power rack can be a better match.

    Does a package include everything I need to train?
    Packages include the rack and bench listed. To train, you will usually also need a barbell, plates and collars, and flooring suitable for your space.
