The Undercover Strength Sliders are functional core-stability discs created with a low-friction, non-marking bottom that slides on virtually any surface, while the ridged non-slip surfaces ensures better grip for hands and feet. This portable training aid features a large surface area for improved comfort and the unique shape facilitates multi-directional movement.

Core training is essential for almost every sport from weightlifting, climbing and swimming to rugby, bodybuilding and athletics. Built to work both upper and lower body, Slidez engages core muscles through a nearly endless range of motion and training drills to increase muscle, stamina and flexibility. They are designed for use with both hands and feet to expand your training options
