With unmatched durability, grip, and ease of use, the hollow core design, unlike filled kettlebells, offers a greater balance with the weight of the kettlebell centered around the handle rather often unevenly than through messy fillers. As the weight of the kettlebell increases, the kettlebell shell thickness increases.

These kettlebells are all one size, meaning that the size does not change as you move throughout the weight range. This means that unlike the normal classic kettlebells there is no need to adjust your technique to accommodate for the change in size as you become stronger.

Cast in a single mold to create a strong, reliable handle, these kettlebells feature a matte black powder coated finish that provides a great feel, both with and without chalk. Each kettlebell features a wide secure base so it sits firmly on the floor during training.

Available in 2 kg increments from 8 to12kg and 4kg increments from 12 to 32kg, each 1RM Kettlebell is weight stamped and individually colour banded on the handle to indicate weight denominations according to international standards, allowing users to easily identify the kettlebells weight on sight alone.

The difference between Competition and Classic Cast Iron kettlebells?

Competition Kettlebells have the exact same size, shape and handle thickness regardless of weight changes. That means that you will not need to change your grip or forearm position, and can focus on consistent technique no matter what the size. They are also constructed from steel, which is longer lasting and more durable than cast iron.

On the other hand, Classic Kettlebells will increase in physical shape and handle thickness as the weight increases. The space between the handle and body vary slightly with each size. While Classic Kettlebells are quite cheaper than Competition Kettlebells, they are still constructed from solid cast iron material and coated with durable powder-coat for a long lasting finish.
