What are fractional weight plates used for?
Fractional weight plates allow smaller, more precise increases to be made to the weight on a barbell. They can be loaded alongside your existing Olympic weight plates or bumper plates, making it easier to increase the load gradually when a conventional weight increase is larger than required.
Will these plates fit my barbell?
These fractional plates have a 51mm centre hole and are designed for use with 50mm Olympic barbell sleeves. They are not compatible with standard 25–30mm barbell sleeves.
