Product Description

Ideal for a commercial or home gym, the Command Flooring EPDM Back Top Impact Rubber Gym Flooring is a premium-quality gym flooring solution that is non-slip, stain resistant and designed for high durability and excellent shock absorption. With a structure comprising a black 1.5mm EPDM rubber sheet top layer and a mix of fine grain recycled SBR (crumb rubber) - molded to include energy absorbing pockets, and connector insets - this 20mm mat ensures enhanced performance and longevity.

The thick rubber surface creates a strong, protective layer for the 18.5mm high-density rubber beneath. This composite top layer mirrors the density and surface texture of traditional gym rubber rolls, ensuring both toughness and ease of maintenance. Its smooth surface prevents dirt, gym chalk, and liquids from accumulating in crevices, making cleaning effortless.

Additionally, this flooring has a bespoke, specialised grooved base designed to minimize vibration and noise for those seeking a quieter, vibration-reducing solution without sacrificing strength. The material minimizes noise and absorbs impact, reducing vibrations from dropped weights, creating a more comfortable and noise-free workout environment.

Included with each mat is a series of four prong connectors that allow you to connect the tiles together, or connect the tiles to the matching corner or ramp pieces to ensure a tight fit with no gaps between the tiles. 

With it's grooved, impact and noise reducing bottom, it's perfect to combine with the Command 20mm EPDM Flat Bottom Rubber Gym Flooring - Black Top to create a visually separate lifting area.

Suitable for areas with heavy weight impact and high traffic environments such as Gyms, PT studios, CrossFit Boxes and any area indoor or outdoor requiring a protective, durable, non-slip commercial flooring solution for weight training, these mats offer excellent durability, performance and easy installation with no need for any nasty smelling glues or adhesives.

Clip in edge ramps, and corner pieces are also available for transitions and corners, making your new flooring wheelchair compatible, and Disability Discrimination Act compliant.

Available in black, or black with 40% grey fleck tiles, with custom colors, and custom brand printing available.
