The dumbbell can do just about anything that a barbell or kettlebell can do, including front squats, overhead presses, deadlifts, snatches etc.

The 360 Strength premium quality rubber coated hex dumbbells are made for everyday gym use, and ergonomically designed for a snug fit in the hand. Suitable for home or commercial use, they feature a chrome contoured and knurled grip handle, and a fixed rubber head that ensures low noise and protects your floor, while the hex shaped head prevents gym injury from accidental roll off. 

This package includes ONE PAIR of dumbbells for every 2.5kg increment from 5kg to 50kg,  plus a 360 Strength 2-tier, Triple-Bay Dumbbell Rack.

The 360 Strength 2-Tier Triple Bay Dumbbell Storage Rack

The steel construction and bolt-together design of the 360 Strength 2-Tier Triple Bay Dumbbell Rack (360S-RHD-RACK-3B) make the storage rack efficient, strong and durable, and the non-slip rubber feet both secure the rack in place and protect the floor from getting scratched. The frame has a long, shallow design with angled shelves to allow for easier picking up and putting back of light and heavy dumbbells, and the black powdercoated frame looks great in any environment.

Perfect for home or light commercial use, the rack can be used with between 18 and 30 pairs of dumbbells depending on size.
