The 360 Strength Standard EZ Curl Bar is designed for upper body strength training using compatible standard weight plates. Featuring a 28mm solid steel shaft, angled grip positions and a nickel plated finish, it provides a practical option for curls, tricep extensions and other arm-focused exercises in home gyms.
The angled shaft places the wrists and elbows in a more natural position during many curling and tricep movements, making it a useful alternative to a straight bar for upper body accessory work. At 1205mm long and 6.5kg, the bar remains compact and easy to handle while providing room for progressive loading with compatible standard plates.
Features
The bar uses a solid one-piece steel construction designed for regular strength training. The nickel plated finish helps protect the steel surface from corrosion and everyday wear while providing a clean metallic finish across the shaft and sleeves.
The angled shaft provides multiple hand positions for curls, tricep extensions and other upper body exercises. These angled grips allow the wrists and elbows to sit in a more natural position than they would on a straight bar, which many lifters find more comfortable during repetitive arm training.
Light coarse knurling provides additional grip across the main hand positions without being excessively aggressive on the hands.
The 28mm sleeves are designed for use with compatible 360 Strength Standard Weight Plates.
The supplied spring collars and nylon locking collars secure the weight plates during training and allow the bar to be used immediately. The nylon locking collars also provide a convenient option for faster weight changes between sets and exercises.
