The 360 Strength PRO Loadable Olympic Dumbbell Handles are supplied as a pair and designed for use with 50mm Olympic weight plates. They provide a practical, space-saving alternative to a fixed dumbbell set and are suitable for home gyms, personal training studios and all commercial fitness facilities.

Compared with the 360 Strength Loadable Olympic Dumbbells, the PRO version feature needle bearings, hard chrome finishes and a more robust construction for higher-volume training and commercial environments. It offers the flexibility of loadable dumbbells with the feel and performance expected from premium Olympic equipment.

Because they use the same 50mm Olympic weight plates as your barbell, you can quickly adjust training loads while making the most of equipment you already own.

Features

Each dumbbell is manufactured with a spring steel shaft and carries a confirmed weight rating of 318kg or 700lbs. Spring steel is commonly used in quality barbell construction because it provides the strength required to support substantial loads while maintaining consistent performance through repeated training.

The shaft is finished in black hard chrome, while the sleeves use a silver hard chrome finish. Hard chrome provides a durable plated surface suited to equipment that is regularly handled, loaded and unloaded. It also gives the dumbbells a finish consistent with higher-grade Olympic barbells.

Each handle contains four needle bearings and two brass bushes. Together, they allow the sleeves to rotate smoothly and independently of the handle, creating a more natural feel during presses, cleans, snatches and other exercises involving wrist rotation or explosive movements.

The sleeves are secured using a double circlip assembly with an endcap rather than an external bolt. This barbell-style construction removes the possibility of an end bolt gradually working loose during repeated use.

A 28mm shaft diameter and fine, grippy knurling provide a secure hand position without an unnecessarily aggressive surface. This makes the handles suitable for heavier strength work while remaining practical for higher-repetition exercises and functional training.

Each sleeve measures 170mm in length and has a standard 50mm Olympic diameter. The dumbbells can therefore be loaded using compatible 360 Strength, 1RM and other Olympic weight plates.

PRO Loadable Olympic Dumbbells allow the training weight to be adjusted using the same Olympic plates commonly used on barbells. This provides substantially more weight flexibility than a single fixed dumbbell and can reduce the amount of dedicated dumbbell storage required.
