The 360 Strength Standard 6ft Barbell is a versatile standard barbell designed for general strength training in home gyms. Featuring a 28mm carbon steel shaft, 330mm sleeves and a 150kg weight rating, it provides a practical option for a wide range of upper and lower body barbell exercises.
At 1830mm long, the bar provides plenty of loading space while remaining easier to handle and store than a full-length 7ft barbell. The 28mm sleeves are designed for compatible 360 Strength Standard Weight Plates, making it well suited to customers building or expanding a standard weight training setup.
Features
Manufactured from carbon steel, the shaft is designed to withstand repeated loading while providing the strength and resilience required for regular strength training. The nickel plated finish helps protect the steel surface from corrosion and everyday wear.
The 28mm shaft uses light coarse knurling to provide additional grip during pressing, rowing, curling and other barbell exercises without being excessively aggressive on the hands.
Each side provides 330mm of sleeve length for loading compatible 360 Strength Standard Weight Plates. The additional loading space makes the bar suitable for building a broad range of working weights using standard plates.
Rated to 150kg, the bar provides ample capacity for general strength training, including compound movements, accessory exercises and progressive overload.
The supplied spring collars and nylon locking collars secure the weight plates during training and allow the bar to be used immediately. The nylon locking collars also provide a convenient option for customers wanting faster weight changes between sets and exercises.
