Features
The 360 Strength Leg Rest Bench Attachment is manufactured from heavy-duty steel with a durable matte black textured powdercoated finish. Its solid construction provides a stable support point for the legs during seated pulling movements and abdominal exercises.
Oversized, vinyl-wrapped high-density foam rollers provide a cushioned contact surface for the legs. Screw-in steel end caps secure the rollers, while the adjustable height settings allow the position of the pads to be changed to suit different users.
The attachment features a 45 x 45mm steel sleeve with 12mm holes on each side, designed to fit the compatible 360 Strength FID Bench. A locking catch allows the leg support to be secured in position, with quick and easy adjustments between users and exercises.
The compact, portable design requires minimal assembly and provides additional training functionality without the need for a separate leg restraint station.
