Save space and time with the 360 Strength Anti-Slip 3-in-1 Timber Plyometric Box. The box, dependent on which side you face it, allows three different heights (20", 24" and 30"), depending on the athlete or exercise selection.

The textured anti-slip honeycomb surface offers enhanced grip and stability, reducing the risk of slipping during jumps and other dynamic movements.

There is no setting up and all you have to do to adjust the height is to flip the box. Constructed out of durable 2cm thick plywood with an anti-slip honeycomb texture, bevelled edges and with 4cm solid screws, the jump box is also internally braced for maximum strength.

Comes with pre-drilled holes and all the neccesary hardware for a quick and straightforward assembly.
