Features
The 360 Strength Anti-Slip Timber Plyometric Box is constructed from durable 20mm plywood with internal bracing for added structural support and a 150kg weight rating. Its anti-slip honeycomb textured surface provides additional traction underfoot during jumps, step-ups and other dynamic exercises, helping reduce unwanted slipping.
The 3-in-1 design provides three training heights of 20" (508mm), 24" (610mm) and 30" (762mm). Simply rotate the box to select the appropriate height for the exercise or user, without the need for adjustment mechanisms.
Bevelled edges provide a smoother finish around the box, while integrated carry handles make it easier to lift, reposition and rotate between exercises.
The box is supplied flat packed with pre-drilled holes and the necessary assembly hardware for straightforward assembly.
