Product Description

The 1RM Wall Mounted Twin Multi-Grip & Single Chin-up Bar allows you to do some of the most functional upper body exercises possible, utilising either the 32mm single chin-up bar, or the 32mm multi-grip bar. Do chin-ups and pull-ups and there are countless varieties of both chin-ups and pull-ups – different grips, hand positions, leg positions, body angles, levels of explosiveness etc. 

As part of our 1RM Modular Range, this chin-up bar can be expanded to include additional single chin-up bars (in two lengths), multi-grip chin-up bars, fat chin-up bars and various other accessories.

    Installation Notes

    The chin-bar requires wall mounting, so there must be access to a load bearing surface in order to attach onto the wall. Mounting hardware is not included with this product - you will need to purchase appropriate fixings (e.g. dynabolts, concrete screws, or timber screws) based on your wall type.
