Squat wedges, squat ramps or slant boards are designed to improve your squatting by providing support and assistance to develop squatting technique, reduce risk of injury during training and target specific muscle groups. The benefits of squat wedges include as a means for (1) increasing squat depth and range of motion, (2) engaging the quads, and (3) protecting and strengthening the knees.

Our 1RM wedges are designed to last for life, constructed from steel - don't settle for cheap foam wedges that compress under load.

Available in 3 heights - 10 degrees, 20 degrees & 30 degrees, the 1RM Squat Wedges will improve your motion and squat technique in incremental stages.
