The 1RM Commercial Smith Machine with multi-grip chin-up bar and plate storage is ideal for anyone looking to incorporate serious strength training into their gym. With high end components, premium finishes and a 400kg weight rating, it offers a safe and effective way to conduct a variety of movements including overhead presses, squats, bench presses, bent over rows, deadlifts, floor presses, hip thrust and lunges.

This innovative compact design includes tempered hard chrome guide rods, aeronautical grade aluminium, Japanese linear bearings, a 20kg black hard chrome bar with a sharp fine knurling and a hard chrome, laser cut gun rack with numbers for ease of use.
