The 1RM Leg attachment easily attaches to 1RM Rigs, Racks and Ebony Cable machines – helping you to target your quads, hamstrings, glutes and hips across a range of exercises. This unit can be set at any height and the lower roller can be adjusted to your set length. Use in isolation or with conjunction with a plyo box or similar to further expand your range of exercises.

Finished in a textured matte black powdercoat, the attachment includes commercially rated vinyl wrapping and HDPE plastic lining in the catch to protect your rig or rack.
