Product Description
1RM Jammer Arms attach to your rig or rack to allow you to perform a range of pushing and pulling movements in safety. Able to be used with Olympic plates, including bumper plates, or bands to add resistance, the 1RM Jammer Arms offer three hand positions – low, neutral and high – and are height adjustable on the rig. They are quick to add or remove with a single locking knob and pin mechanism, and the brackets are plastic lined so they won’t scratch your uprights. Compatible with all 1RM rigs and racks, our Jammer arms will fit any 75x75mm rack with 26-2mm holes.
Much more flexible than they look, Jammer Arms can be used for bilateral or unilateral training making them the perfect tool for isolating weaknesses or correct imbalance. They can be used for an extensive range of seated, standing or floor based exercises including pressing, pushing, lifting and rowing. The biggest advantage of the Jammer Arms is that they allow athletes to perform explosive lifting movements with much greater stability and control that free weights. This offers superior safety for athletes moving large loads or undergoing rehabilitation.
