Features

The PRO Rackable EZ Curl Bar features a full-length design that allows it to sit securely on most standard power racks, making loading Olympic weight plates quicker and safer while opening up additional exercise options that benefit from starting from a racked position.

The angled shaft places your hands in a more natural position than a straight barbell, helping reduce unnecessary strain through the wrists and elbows during curls, tricep extensions and many upper body accessory exercises. Multiple grip positions also allow you to comfortably target different areas of the biceps and triceps throughout your training.

The 28mm spring steel shaft provides the strength, resilience and long-term durability expected from commercial-quality Olympic bars. A black hard chrome finish protects the shaft against corrosion and wear, while the hard chrome sleeves deliver excellent durability in high-use commercial environments.

The Olympic sleeves rotate independently of the shaft using four precision needle bearings and two brass bushes. This combination delivers smooth sleeve rotation while maintaining excellent long-term durability, helping reduce unwanted torque through the wrists as the plates rotate naturally during lifting. The sleeves are secured using a double circlip construction with end caps, a proven commercial design that provides reliable long-term performance.

Fine commercial-grade fine sharp knurling provides a secure, confident grip without being overly aggressive, making the bar comfortable for both heavy lifting and higher repetition accessory work.
