Will these plates fit my equipment?

Yes. The Premium Rubber Change Plates have a 50.4mm centre opening and are designed to fit compatible 50mm Olympic sleeves, including Olympic Bars and Plate Loaded Machines. They are not compatible with standard 25–30mm sleeves.

Are these suitable for commercial gyms?

The Premium Rubber Change Plates are suitable for everything from commercial gyms and strength and conditioning facilities to personal training studios and home gyms. Their virgin rubber coating, steel construction and ±10g calibration make them well suited to regular strength training where accurate loading is important.

Can I collect these from the Melbourne showroom?

Yes. You can collect your order from our Melbourne showroom, or arrange Australia-wide delivery.

Do you offer delivery and installation?

Yes. We deliver Australia-wide, with installation services available throughout Melbourne and selected areas by quotation.

Commercial Plate Warranty

Period: 2 years from the original date of purchase.

Do Not:

  • Drop plates that are not designed to be dropped.
  • Use bumper or technique plates on concrete, gravel or other rigid, abrasive or uneven surfaces.
  • Use bumper or technique plates without a suitable impact-absorbing surface, such as rubber gym flooring or an Olympic lifting platform.
  • Use the plates with damaged or incorrectly fitting barbells or equipment.
  • Store or use the plates outdoors or expose them to excessive moisture.
  • Clean the plates with harsh or unsuitable chemicals.
  • Modify the plates in any way.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, surface scratches, scuffs, chips, fading and discolouration.
  • Normal wear or deterioration of rubber, paint, powder-coat or other surface finishes.
  • Surface rust or corrosion resulting from moisture, sweat, improper storage or inadequate maintenance.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, improper dropping or improper storage.
  • Damage resulting from use on an unsuitable training surface.
  • Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modification or repair.
  • Damage or deterioration resulting from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, UV or unsuitable environmental conditions.

Product Description

The 360 Strength 2.5kg Premium Rubber Change Plates are supplied as a pair and designed for strength training where small, accurate increases in barbell weight are required. Each plate weighs 2.5kg, allowing the pair to increase the total training weight by 5kg.

Features

Each plate is manufactured from virgin rubber over a steel core, combining a durable internal structure with a rubber outer surface designed for regular handling and repeated loading.

Each plate is calibrated to within ±10g of its stated 2.5kg weight, providing accurate and consistent loading when making small adjustments to the training weight.

The rubber outer surface has a low-odour formulation and matte finish, while the raised outer lip helps protect the face and lettering from contact when the plates are stacked or handled.

A chrome-plated steel inner insert provides the contact surface between the plate and equipment sleeve. The 50.4mm centre opening is designed to fit compatible 50mm Olympic sleeves, including Olympic Bars and Plate Loaded Machines.

Each 2.5kg plate measures 210mm in diameter and 19mm wide. The compact diameter keeps the change plate clearly differentiated from larger training plates while retaining the same 50.4mm centre opening for compatible Olympic equipment.

The 2.5kg plates feature red weight identification, following the traditional IWF colour coding used across the Premium Rubber Change Plate range. Bold white lettering provides clear weight identification, while the raised outer lip helps reduce scuffing to the face and lettering during regular handling.
