Product Description

The 1RM Shadow Series is an industry leading range of heavy duty, commercial selectorised and plate loaded machines. The Shadow series has been designed with ease of use and ultimate functionality in mind and extensively tested and developed to offer the very best.

The Leg Press / Calf Raise Machine enables users to perform both leg presses and calf raises within a single, space-efficient unit. This dual functionality allows for comprehensive lower body workouts, targeting the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calf muscles, enhancing strength and muscle development. As one of the fundamental strength training pieces of equipment in gyms today it offers users a dual form of training for precise lower body workouts/lower body strength.

This compact, space efficient machine features an adjustable foot plate with gas sprung adjustment, adjustable seat pad and offers smooth movement for both settings. Doubling up as two machines in one it not only adds variety to training but gives users the ability to complete supersets without having to change machines. 

The 150kg weight stack with a 1:1 cable ratio will cater to most lifter's needs. 

The Shadow Series Lat Pulldown / Seated Row is designed and constructed to withstand the heavy use of busy commercial gym environments
