The 360 Strength PRO Olympic 20kg Barbell is a full-size Olympic bar designed for general strength training across commercial gyms, personal training studios, schools, sporting clubs and home gyms. Measuring 2200mm in length with a 28mm spring steel shaft and 50mm Olympic sleeves, it is built for regular loaded training across a wide range of barbell exercises.

Eight needle bearings and two brass bushes provide smooth sleeve rotation, while the full silver hard chrome finish provides the same plated surface across both the shaft and sleeves. It is well suited to lifters and facilities wanting a versatile 20kg bar for regular, high-volume training.

Features

The bar uses a spring steel shaft with a tensile strength of 215,000 PSI, providing excellent resistance to permanent bending under heavy or repeated loading. This makes the shaft well suited to demanding training environments where the bar may be used regularly throughout the day.

Both the shaft and sleeves are finished in silver hard chrome. Hard chrome provides a durable plated surface with strong resistance to wear and corrosion, helping protect the bar through repeated handling, racking, loading and unloading.

Each sleeve rotates on four needle bearings and one brass bush, giving the bar a total of eight needle bearings and two brass bushes. The needle bearings reduce friction for smooth sleeve rotation, while the brass bushes provide additional support and stability within the sleeve assembly. This allows the weight plates to rotate independently of the shaft and helps reduce unnecessary rotational force through the hands and wrists during dynamic movements.

The 28mm shaft uses fine, grippy knurling to provide a secure grip without an unnecessarily aggressive surface. Dual IPF and IWF knurl marks provide reference points for consistent hand placement across a wide range of barbell exercises, while the smooth centre section has no centre knurl.

Rated to 907kg (2,000lb), the bar is designed to comfortably handle heavy strength training across commercial gyms, strength and conditioning facilities and other high-use training environments.

The 445mm sleeves provide generous loading space and accept all 50mm Olympic weight plates. Supplied spring collars allow the bar to be used immediately, while compatible nylon locking collars are available for customers wanting faster weight changes.
