The 360 Strength 32.5kg Adjustable Dumbbells combine multiple dumbbell weights into one compact pair, providing an adjustable weight range from 4kg to 32.5kg per dumbbell in fine 1.5kg increments. Designed for progressive strength training without the space required for a complete fixed dumbbell set, the weight can be changed quickly between exercises and sets using the rotating selection system.

Thin steel weight plates keep the overall dumbbell profile compact, while the smaller 1.5kg increments provide greater control over increases in training weight. Each dumbbell is supplied with its own base for weight selection and storage, with an optional stand available for customers wanting the dumbbells positioned at a more convenient training height.

Also available in 23.5kg and 41.5kg sets.

Features

Each dumbbell adjusts from 4kg to 32.5kg, providing 20 selectable weight settings in a single dumbbell. With two dumbbells supplied, the pair replaces 40 individual fixed dumbbells while occupying a fraction of the equivalent storage space.

Weight increases in fine 1.5kg increments throughout the range. Smaller increases allow training weight to be progressed more gradually, particularly for upper body and accessory exercises where a larger jump between dumbbell weights can represent a significant increase in resistance.

The dumbbells use thin steel weight plates to reduce the amount of space occupied by each individual plate. This allows the adjustable mechanism to accommodate the full weight range while maintaining a compact overall dumbbell profile compared with designs using thicker plates.

Weight is selected by rotating the handle while the dumbbell is positioned in its base. Turning the handle selects the required combination of plates, allowing the training weight to be changed in seconds without manually adding or removing individual weight plates.

Each dumbbell is supplied with an individual base that holds the unused plates when a lighter weight is selected. The bases also provide a dedicated position for storing the dumbbells and changing the selected weight between sets.

An optional Adjustable Dumbbell Stand is available separately, raising the dumbbells from floor level for easier access and providing a dedicated storage position within the training area.
