The 360 Strength Standard 7ft Barbell is a full-length standard barbell designed for general strength training with compatible standard weight plates. Featuring a 28mm solid steel shaft, 445mm sleeves, centre knurl and a 150kg weight rating, it provides a versatile option for compound lifts, accessory exercises and rack-based training.
At 2200mm long, the bar is compatible with most power racks and squat racks, making it the most suitable option in the 360 Strength Standard range for customers wanting to perform exercises such as squats and bench press from a rack. The 28mm sleeves are designed for compatible 360 Strength Standard Weight Plates.
Features
Manufactured from carbon steel, the shaft is designed to withstand repeated loading while providing the strength and resilience required for regular strength training. The nickel plated finish helps protect the steel surface from corrosion and everyday wear.
The 28mm shaft uses light coarse knurling to provide additional grip across pressing, pulling and lower body exercises. A centre knurl provides additional contact with the upper back during squats, while IPF knurl markings provide a consistent reference point for hand placement during powerlifting-style movements.
Each side provides 445mm of sleeve length for compatible 360 Strength Standard Weight Plates, providing plenty of loading space for general strength training and progressive overload.
Rated to 150kg, the bar provides ample capacity for a broad range of compound movements and accessory exercises within its intended home gym environment.
The bar is supplied with both spring collars and nylon locking collars, allowing it to be used immediately while giving customers the choice between traditional spring collars and a faster locking collar option.
