The 1RM Portable Cable Trainer - Extension connects to your Portable Cable Trainer (1600mm) or Portable Cable Trainer (1900mm) to open up a entirely new range of exercises including seated rows, leg curls, leg extensions, biceps curls, and more. All you need is a low attachment point.

Lightweight and easy to assemble, it's perfect as a portable solution when you're on the go, or as a removable system in your home gym. 

Cable exercises are not only great for adding variety to your training, they actually work! Whether it be accessory work, rehabilitation or just for some hypertrophy - there is a reason why some of the best trainers in the world still do them. Even if you don't have a power rack, you will still be able to rig something up - all you need is an overhead attachment point!
