Do the Slam Balls bounce?

The 360 Strength Slam Balls have a dead-bounce design, so they absorb impact with minimal rebound when thrown or slammed onto a suitable surface.

What surfaces can I use the slam ball on?

The Slam Ball is suitable for use on firm, flat training surfaces, with rubber gym flooring, EVA mats or stall mats recommended for repeated slamming. Avoid sharp, abrasive or uneven surfaces, as these can damage the rubber shell.

Can I collect my order from your Melbourne showroom?

Yes. You can collect your order from the Little Bloke Fitness Melbourne showroom or arrange Australia-wide delivery.

Do you offer Australia-wide delivery?

Yes. We deliver Australia-wide, with installation services available throughout Melbourne and selected areas by quotation.

Permitted Use:

  • Clean the ball with harsh or unsuitable chemicals.
  • Continue using the ball if the outer shell, seams or valve show signs of damage.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, surface scratches, scuffs and deterioration of the rubber shell through regular use.
  • Cuts, punctures, abrasions or splitting caused by contact with sharp objects or unsuitable training surfaces.
  • Damage caused by slamming or throwing the ball onto concrete, asphalt, gravel or other hard, abrasive or uneven surfaces.

Product Description

The 360 Strength Slam Ball is designed for high-intensity strength, power and conditioning exercises involving repeated throws and slams. Its dead-bounce design and secure handling make it suited to explosive training where the ball needs to stay controlled through repeated efforts.

Features

The 12kg Slam Ball measures 280mm in diameter, with a thick rubber outer designed to withstand repeated impact during throwing and slamming exercises. The deeply textured surface provides additional grip, while the dead-bounce construction keeps the ball close to where it lands rather than producing significant rebound.

A recessed valve sits below the handling surface to reduce direct contact during training. Clear weight markings make the ball easy to identify when multiple weights are used within the same training area.

Training Applications

The 360 Strength Slam Ball can be used across a wide range of strength, power and conditioning exercises, particularly movements involving explosive throwing and repeated ground slams.

Perfect for:

  • Overhead slams
  • Ballistic throws
  • Rotational slams
  • Partner throws
  • Reaction drills
  • Weighted squats and lunges
  • Conditioning circuits

Ideal Training Environments

The 360 Strength Slam Ball is suited to commercial gyms, strength and conditioning centres, schools, sporting clubs, personal training studios and home gyms.

Slam balls should only be slammed onto suitable impact-absorbing surfaces such as gym tiles, EVA jigsaw mats or stall mats. Avoid sharp, abrasive or uneven surfaces and do not slam the ball directly onto the valve.
