    Cable attachment FAQs

    Most cable attachments use a standard snap hook or carabiner connector and fit the vast majority of cable machines, functional trainers, and lat pulldown machines on the market. If you have an older or non-standard machine, contact us to confirm compatibility before ordering.

    Revolving attachments use a swivel bearing that allows the handle to rotate freely during the movement, reducing wrist torque and allowing a more natural hand position through the rep. Non-revolving attachments are fixed. A revolving mechanism is generally preferred for movements involving wrist rotation, but the right choice depends on the exercise and personal preference.

    Ankle straps are required for lower body cable exercises like cable kickbacks, hip abduction, leg curls, and cable pull-throughs. Our ankle strap options are padded for comfort and adjustable for different leg sizes.
