The 360 Strength 20kg PRO HG Bumper Plates are sold as a pair and designed for weightlifting and strength training with Olympic barbells and compatible plate-loaded equipment. Their full-size 450mm diameter maintains a consistent bar position for exercises performed from the floor.
Manufactured from virgin rubber with a stainless steel centre hub, the plates are designed for regular use across commercial gyms, strength and conditioning facilities, personal training studios and home gyms.
Features
Each plate is manufactured from virgin rubber with an 88 Shore A hardness. The harder rubber produces less bounce when the bar is dropped, helping it settle quicker between repetitions while providing the impact resistance required for regular bumper plate training.
The 20kg plates are manufactured to a ±1% weight tolerance, providing more consistent loading than plates produced to broader weight tolerances.
Each plate measures 450mm in diameter and 59mm wide. The 450mm diameter maintains a consistent barbell starting height for exercises performed from the floor.
A stainless steel centre hub provides the contact surface between the plate and sleeve. The 50.4mm centre opening is designed to fit 50mm Olympic sleeves, allowing the plates to be used with compatible Olympic barbells and plate-loaded strength equipment.
The black rubber plate is finished with blue lettering and a blue weight-identification stripe, making the 20kg weight easy to identify. A raised outer lip helps reduce contact with the printed face of the plate when it is placed flat.
The plates use a low-odour virgin rubber compound and should be used on suitable impact-absorbing rubber gym flooring or a lifting platform when the bar is being lowered or dropped.
