The 1RM Commercial Wall Mounted Smith Machine is ideal for anyone looking to incorporate serious strength training into their gym, but without a lot of space. With high end components, premium finishes and a 400kg weight rating, it offers a safe and effective way to conduct a variety of movements including overhead presses, squats, bench presses, bent over rows, deadlifts, floor presses, hip thrust and lunges.

This innovative compact wall mounted design includes tempered hard chrome guide rods, aeronautical grade aluminium, Japanese linear bearings, a 20kg black hard chrome bar with a sharp fine knurling and a hard chrome, laser cut gun rack with numbers for ease of use. Use in isolation, or combine with other rigs from the 1RM range.

A staple in any commercial gym, the 1RM Commercial Wall Mounted Smith Machine allows you to safely max out your training load without needing a spotter.

The 1RM modular range includes power racks, squat racks, rig systems, storage systems, functional cable machines, smith machine attachments and a lat pulldown machine that are all made to fit together - along with over 20 accessories to suit giving you tens of thousands of possible combinations.

Other Considerations:

Space Required. Please note you need a minimum ceiling clearance of 2.6m for installation. It is recommended around 2.9m to 3m ceiling clearance to have full functionality overhead for barbell work and bar muscle ups. Allow at least 1m clearance either side for comfortable access when changing barbell plates.

Installation. This 1RM Smith Machine require the uprights to be mounted to the floor, and the chin-up bars / crossmembers to be mounted to a wall. The uprights can be fixed to a floor or structural surface using M12 or M16 size dynabolts / concrete screws (not supplied). Each upright requires four screws. The method used to install the uprights is dependent on the floor they are being affixed to and your preferred method. Any M12 or M16 fixing 75mm or longer is suitable for the intended purpose of functional training depending on the thickness of the flooring.

The chin-bars / crossmembers require wall mounting, so there must be access to a load bearing surface in order to attach onto the wall, using M12 or M16 size dynabolts / concrete screws / screws, dependent on your surface and your preferred method. All bolts required to attach uprights to chin-up bars, crossmembers and other accessories are included.
