1RM Hip Thruster Attachment

The 1RM Rig Mounted Hip Thruster attachment is a compact, safe and effective means to perform not only hip thrusts, but also split squats, nordic hamstring curls, incline push-ups and more. 

Sliding securely between the uprights on any 1RM rig system or squat rack, the attachment easily then locks into place with the supplied locking pin. The 150mm diameter high density foam roller is locked in place against the frame, providing a stable, comfortable yet durable platform.
