Sales Consultant

LBF is a family-owned business that has grown over the past 12 years to be one of Australia’s largest strength and conditioning equipment importers and retailers, selling through our Shopify store and our showroom in Reservoir. 

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customer service, high quality products, a relevant product range and offer a friendly and exciting work environment, where every day is different.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Consultant to join the team at our Reservoir store - dealing with both B2C and B2B clients. 

You’ll be required to provide an exceptional customer experience in-store, over the phone and via email. You don’t need a high level of product knowledge to start, but you will need to develop and maintain one in order to understand our customer’s needs. 

This is a rewarding opportunity for an ambitious individual who loves sales and has a passion for the Health & Fitness industry. 

 

You’ll have:

  • Previous retail sales experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent  interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • High standards of in-store presentation
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • A passion for health and fitness
  • Knowledge of gyms and gym equipment is advantageous but not essential
