The exercise involves extending and flexing the arm downwards at the elbow joint, using the handgrips on the two independent levers. It features an adjustable seat, vertical designed handlebar, and arm rests to ensure a comfortable position for all users while helping to promote training performance.

The main plastic parts are made using injection moulding while the main frame is coated with environmentally friendly materials helping reduce scratching and increase corrosion resistance.
