1RM Roller J-Hooks allow you to easily adjust the resting position of the bar from side to side to achieve the perfection positioning for your bench press. Rather than "grating" the rubber coating on your J-Hook with the good old twist and pull method the 1RM Roller J-Hooks allows you to effortlessly place the barbell in the perfect position every single set.

Designed for use with Rigs & Commercial Power Racks which use 60mm x 60mm wide uprights, the 1RM Roller J-Hooks have a 25mm spigot to fit a 26-27mm hole. With HDPE rollers, and HDPE catch lining, they'll protect your valuable bar and rig / rack from scratching.
