Designed to be attached to the end of an Olympic barbell, the 1RM T-Bar Row Handle can be used to add a whole new dimension to your core training workouts, whether by itself or in conjunction with a torsonator / landmine, by turning it into a T Bar row machine.

This solid handle can be used for heavy rows, presses, pulls and core rotational exercises. The handle allows you to increase range of motion because the weight bars are not in the way, allowing you to extend and intensify your movements.

Add a drop-in landmine attachment or a rig mounted landmine to complete the set.
