The 360 Strength Barbell Oil is designed to use with the 360 Strength nylon and / or steel bristle barbell brush to maintain the brand new feel of your barbell.

Over time, chalk and skin particles can get stuck in the knurling of your bar, which can attract moisture and cause corrosion. By regularly cleaning the shaft area of your barbell, you will not only improve its longevity but also will be able to enjoy the  new bar grip.

Steps for Cleaning Your Bar:

1) Use the dry nylon bristle brush to remove outer layer of chalk.

2) Wipe down the bar with the 3-in-One Oil and brush into the knurl with the nylon bristle brush. The steel will soak the oil in and the bar will stay healthy.

3) Wipe off any excess oil and chalk with a dry towel.
